At the heart of your Alarm and Data Collection System
The Nortech i-Host Platform receives alarms, routine status and datalogged information from all your remote sites.
Data can be received over a variety of communication medium although GSM, GPRS and TCP/IP are the most commonly used.
Any number of remote sites can be monitored, data from these sites is made instantly available to users via the Internet (or intranet) from their own PC Browser - no need to install any client software.
Collecting Data from the field
All Nortech's RTUs are supported by i-Host. Customers with multiple sites with different equipment can mix and match RTUs across the system.
Alarm Notifications and Reports
Once an alarm is received at i-Host it can be forwarded to users via Email or SMS Text Message. Any number of users can be notified of an alarm. Configuration of notifications is all controlled by you directly via the browser interface.
More detailed reports, such as site activity, level and flow trends, equipment locations, alarm archives etc can be provided using the "custom report" facility which allows users to download report data via the browser interface on demand.
